Ben is a friend of mine from Los Angeles. He moved to Los Angeles from the Midwest to pursue dreams and he wanted a song about living in the moment. Not thinking twice and just doing it. Destructive at times, this behavior can be, I think it perfectly represents the human experience. No one has an instruction manual. We're all doing this for the first time. It's easy to look around the room and convince yourself that everyone but you has it together, the reality is: they are all thinking the same thing.
